Loganlea Fishing Report 27/08/19
The water level has been dropped for maintenance work on the dam but this doesn’t affect fishing – There’s lots of more options for bank anglers because you can get to all areas on the far side without waders! We’ve moved the boats into the bay beside the harbour and they’re easily accessed. The fishing has been very good with lots of surface action with nymphs and dries. The water is cooling down now and the fish are more active than they’ve been in the warmer periods.
The last time the water was dropped it actually improved fishing so why not give the bank a try.
