Loganlea Fishery report 9/9/2022

The water is now starting to cool down and the rain over the last few days had started to improve the water level for both Loganlea and Glencorse. Fishing has been varied over the last few weeks with some good spells and more challenging during the warm dry periods. We’ve continued to stock weekly and there’s been lots of fish active during the better fishing weather. The fish are now in the upper layers of water and successful tactics have been dries (Daddies, Beatles, Sedges), buzzers (traffic light, black, olive) and nymphs (Diawl Bachs, Crunchers, Hares Ears). Floating and midge tip lines should be all that anglers need.
