Loganlea Fishing Report 3/7/2019

Friday night was lively with lots of surface action at the Dam end but Saturday was challenging as the temperatures increased in advance of some torrential downpours. Dries have been the top tactic over the last week with beetles and suspenders accounting for lots of fish. Some anglers did well on Saturday despite the conditions but most struggled to connect with fish. Some of the boats had better results with sinking lines and lures first thing in the morning but this didn’t work as well later in the day.

The weather looks better for the rest of this week and into the weekend so this should provide better fishing conditions. We continue to stock weekly.
